Exylia Link
Terms of Service
Last updated: November 4, 2026
The rules for using Exylia Link. By signing in, linking your account, adding the bot or linking a server you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and, if you own a network, the Data Processing Agreement.
1. Agreement
These terms govern the use of Exylia Link (the "Service"): the dashboard and public link pages at link.exylia.net, the plugin gateway at link-gateway.exylia.net, the Exylia Link Discord bot (the "Bot") and the related programming interfaces. The Service is operated by Cristobal Aranda, a natural person domiciled in Chile ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
By signing in, linking your account, creating a network, adding the Bot to a Discord server or linking a Minecraft server you accept these terms. If you act on behalf of a server, network or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it; "you" then also means that organisation. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Discord and must meet Discord's minimum age. To create or run a network you must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age where you live. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure and for everything done through your session.
The owner of a network (the "Customer") decides who joins it and with what permissions, and is responsible for the actions of its members, of its API keys and of the integrations it connects.
3. Linking your account as a player
When you link your Minecraft account to your Discord account on a network, that network sees the link and can use it as it configures the Service: for example to give you roles or a nickname in its Discord servers, to deliver rewards in game, or to share your identity with its other tools. Each network sets its own rules, such as whether you may unlink yourself and how long you must wait before linking again. Link only accounts that are yours.
4. Your responsibilities as a Customer
When you link a network, the Service processes data about your players and the members of your Discord servers, as described in the Privacy Policy. For that data you are the controller and we are your processor, under the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms. You agree to:
- Have a valid legal basis and inform your players and members in a clear, accessible way, for example in your server rules, website or Discord. The Data Processing Agreement includes a notice you can adapt.
- Link, import or unlink accounts only with a legitimate reason, and import only data you are allowed to use.
- Configure roles, nicknames, reward commands and in-game requirements responsibly. Reward commands run with console permissions on your servers: you are responsible for what they do.
- Answer the requests of your players and members, and ask us to erase a player's data when appropriate.
- Comply with the laws that apply to you, the Minecraft End User License Agreement and Usage Guidelines, Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and the terms of any service you connect.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes, or to harass, discriminate against, impersonate or track people.
- Link, or try to link, accounts that are not yours, or guess or abuse linking codes.
- Try to access networks, data or accounts that are not yours, or bypass permissions, limits or security measures.
- Send falsified data, overload the Service, or probe, scan or attack it, except in coordinated security research agreed with us in writing.
- Use the Bot or the Service to spam, or in a way that breaks Discord's terms.
- Copy, resell or offer the Service to third parties as your own, or reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows.
If you find a security vulnerability, report it to [email protected] and give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it.
6. Plugin, Bot and third-party services
The ExyliaLink plugin is licensed separately under its own licence terms. The Service depends on third-party services such as Discord and Cloudflare, whose own terms apply to your use of them. If Discord changes or limits what the Bot may do, some features may stop working.
Exylia Link is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord, LuckPerms, DiscordSRV or Cloudflare.
7. Your data and our rights
You keep all rights over the data your servers send and the content you add. You grant us only the permission needed to host, process and display it in order to provide the Service to you, in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement.
The Service, its software, design and brand belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you, apart from the right to use the Service while they are in force.
8. Price and changes to the Service
The Service is currently offered free of charge. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance and they will have their own conditions, which you will need to accept before any charge, and the rights that Chilean consumer protection law (Law 19.496) grants you will apply.
We may add, change or remove features, and set reasonable usage limits. If we plan to shut the Service down entirely, we will announce it at least 30 days in advance so you can export or keep what you need.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service at any time: remove the Bot from your Discord servers, unlink your servers, and ask us at [email protected] to delete your network or your account.
We may suspend or close a network or an account that breaches these terms or the law, creates a risk for the Service or other users, or has been inactive for a long time. While a network is suspended the Bot ignores it and its dashboard is read-only. Where reasonable we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
When a network or an account is deleted, its data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. No warranty
We work to keep the Service available and its links accurate, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every Discord event will be received, or that roles, nicknames and rewards will always be applied on time. A daily reconciliation corrects most gaps, but check important actions before relying on them.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, revenue, data or reputation, or for damages caused by third-party services, by commands or rules you configure, or by your own configuration. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or, if you paid nothing, to 100 US dollars.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, nor the rights that consumer protection law grants you.
You will hold us harmless from claims by third parties, including your players, members or authorities, arising from data you processed unlawfully through the Service or from your breach of these terms.
12. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms. We will show the date of the latest version at the top and announce material changes in the dashboard at least 30 days before they apply. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new terms; if you do not agree, you can stop using it and ask us to delete your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Disputes will be submitted to the ordinary courts of Santiago, Chile, without prejudice to the mandatory rights and forum that consumer or data protection law in your country may grant you.
If a clause is held invalid, the rest remain in force. Questions: [email protected].
